Job summary

Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG is seeking a Project Manager in Mankato, MN with hybrid work pattern (2 office days per week). The role manages a portfolio of complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

Responsibilities include risk and change management, reporting to executives, and identifying additional revenue opportunities while coordinating with contractors on generator set installations.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field + 4 years of experience in customer project execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field + 2 years of experience in customer project execution.
  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • JD/PhD in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • In lieu of degree, 6+ years of experience in customer project execution.

This position will execute complex / high risk projects in adherence to strict budget, schedule, and scope as outlined in the customer contract.
