Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex construction projects in Wisconsin. You will mentor project teams, drive safety programs, and serve as the primary client contact while safeguarding project schedules, budgets, and scope.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management and 15+ years of experience managing mid to large MEP projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• 15+ years of experience managing mid to large size MEP projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to meet contractual and financial targets.
• Measure progress and develop tactics to stay on track.
• Develop client relationships and provide project updates to client and leadership.
• Manage budgets, costs and revenue projections, and change orders.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate with internal departments on schedules and issues.
• Delegate work and mentor project team; provide coaching and performance feedback.
