United Concordia Dental is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives under a DoD contract. The role oversees scope, schedule, cost, quality, readiness, and outcomes, coordinating with sponsors, owners, vendors, and analysts.

You will establish and maintain charters, integrated plans, RAID logs, and status reports while guiding teams through risks, decisions, and changes. A US citizen background check is required.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required by DoD contract
• Background check clearance required
• Experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives
• Ability to coordinate across business, technology, regulatory, and operations teams

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex initiatives
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, charters, schedules, RAID logs
• Facilitate meetings, manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and changes
• Ensure deliverables meet requirements and acceptance criteria before milestones
