Job summary

United Concordia Dental is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex DoD-contract initiatives from definition through transition. You will coordinate cross-functional execution, maintain evidence of delivery health, and ensure alignment with sponsor objectives.

You will own baseline plans, govern risks and changes, and drive disciplined delivery across business, technology, operations, and vendors. Remote-friendly, you will surface issues early and maintain momentum while preserving governance

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years experience as a project manager or in a project leadership role.
• Experience leading projects in a matrixed environment.
• Experience developing and maintaining project charters, integrated plans, schedules, RAID logs, decision logs, and reports.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, regulated operations, or related complex environments.

• Define a clear, realistic foundation for delivery with sponsor and business owner.
• Develop and maintain charters, integrated plans, schedules, milestones, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across business, technology, operations, clinical, and vendors.
• Track progress against scope, schedule, cost, quality, readiness, and commitments.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, and changes.
• Maintain governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
