Job summary

United Concordia Dental is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from definition through transition under a DoD contract. This role partners with sponsors, owners, and technology teams to create delivery clarity, manage risks, and drive on‑time, on‑budget outcomes.

Responsibilities include planning, cross‑functional leadership, RAID/decision management, and ensuring readiness for operations. A background check and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• US citizen and able to pass a background check.
• 1–3 years experience in a project manager role.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; PMP certification valued

Responsibilities

• Lead initiation and planning ensuring clear foundation for delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution across business, technology, operations and other partners.
• Maintain integrated project plan, governance, and evidence of delivery health.
• Manage RAID log, dependencies, decisions, and changes with clear ownership.
• Deliver lifecycle from initiation to closure with governance and milestone reviews.
• Ensure deliverables meet requirements and acceptance criteria before milestones.
