• Lead complex initiatives from definition through transition with delivery clarity
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across business, technology, and operations
• Establish integrated plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery assumptions
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and changes
• Coordinate sponsors, business owners, vendors, and SMEs
• Validate deliverables meet requirements and acceptance criteria
