Job summary

Qualifications

• US citizenship and ability to pass a background check as required by the DoD contract.
• 1-3 years experience in a project manager or leadership role.
• Preferred PMP certification or comparable project management training.
• Experience coordinating delivery across business and technical teams in a matrixed environment.
• Healthcare, insurance, regulated operations, or complex environments experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives from definition through transition with delivery clarity and cross-functional execution.
• Establish integrated plans, schedules, milestones, and governance forums; manage risks, issues, and changes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution across business, technology, operations, regulatory, and vendors.
• Track progress against scope, schedule, cost, quality, and readiness; escalate where needed.
• Coordinate implementation, stabilization, and transition-to-operations activities.
