Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in a project manager role or in a project leadership role.
• US citizen and must pass a background check due to DoD contract requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, technology, healthcare administration, operations, PM or related field.
• PMP certification or comparable project management training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery with structure, urgency, and accountability.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across business, technology, operations, clinical, regulatory, finance and vendors.
• Maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and governance forums.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; escalate where needed for timely action.
• Ensure deliverables meet requirements and acceptance criteria before milestones.
• Oversee transition to operations and project closure with clear evidence of delivery health.
