Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in a project manager role or project leadership role.
• Experience developing and maintaining project charters, integrated plans, RAID logs, decision logs, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience coordinating delivery across business and technical teams in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with structured project lifecycle, governance, audit, or compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives from definition through transition by creating delivery clarity and cross‑functional execution.
• Own disciplined planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and closure of initiatives with defined scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Maintain integrated project plans, governance forums, risk/issue/decision management, and transparent delivery health.
• Coordinate vendors, sponsors, and business/tech teams to ensure timely action and decisions.
• Establish baselines for scope, schedule, cost, and quality and manage changes through approved paths.
