Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Excellerate Senior Project Manager to lead large, multi-site orders and steer projects through the production system to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with electrical estimating or electrical trades, travel 15-20%, and the ability to work a flexible schedule; proficiency with PC, MS Office, Accubid, and AutoCAD preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) required.
• Minimum 1 year of electrical estimating experience; or 5 years in electrical trade and 1 year estimating.
• Willingness to travel 15-20%.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages large and/or multi-site Excellerate orders, ensuring profitability and timely delivery.
• Promotes a positive culture and facilitates constructive employee relations.
• Coordinates with Supply Chain Team and vendors for material coordination.
• Networks and maintains customer relationships; identifies new business opportunities.
• Supports and presents order status and manufacturing metrics to stakeholders.
• Coaches and develops managerial talent; assigns team leadership roles and evaluates capability.
• Ensures cross-functional collaboration and effective workflow between units.
