Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Excellerate Project Manager to oversee large and complex product orders and manage internal/external customer interfaces.

The role involves coordinating production, change management, and staff performance to ensure customer satisfaction across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction/electrical trades, hands-on experience with electrical estimating, and proficiency in PC-based tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering or equivalent training.
• At least 1 year electrical estimating experience.
• 5 years electrical trade experience with 1 year estimating experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage large/multi-site Excellerate orders.
• Ensure orders are profitable, timely, and meet customer expectations.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and vendors for material readiness.
• Develop and coach managerial talent within the team.
• Maintain compliance with company policies.
• Promote a constructive work environment and cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide order status and manufacturing metrics to stakeholders.
