Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering or equivalent training.
• 1 year electrical estimating experience, or 5 years electrical trade plus 1 year estimating.
• Travel 15-20% and flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction projects with staff oversight and client coordination.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timeliness per customer expectations.
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Coach and develop managerial talent and staffing plans.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Estimating, and Talent teams to optimize outcomes.
