• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Electrical estimating experience: 1 year minimum.
• Or 5 years in electrical trade with 1 year estimating experience.
• Travel 15-20%.
• Flexible schedule and travel to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages large and/or multi-site Excellerate orders, ensuring profitability, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintains compliance with company policies.
• Promotes a positive culture by fostering constructive employee relations.
• Works with Supply Chain Team and vendors to coordinate materials.
• Identifies and develops new business; networks and maintains customer relationships.
• Prepares and presents order status and manufacturing metrics to stakeholders.
• Reviews quotations and sales orders for accuracy.
• Coaches and develops managerial talent; assigns team leadership roles.
• Manages cross-unit boundaries and fosters cross-functional collaboration.
• Participates in planning and staffing for integration and manufacturing projects with safety in mind.
• Visits job sites to monitor progress and support safe, quality work.
• Delivers clear feedback, sets goals, and ensures accountability.
• Organizes direct reports into productive teams and supports their growth.
• Performs other related duties as required.
