• Travel: 15-20%
• Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; may require work outside of these hours to meet business needs

• Plans and manages large and/or multi-site Excellerate orders.
• Ensures orders are completed profitably, on time, and to customer expectations.
• Maintains compliance with company policies.
• Promotes a positive culture and constructive employee relations.
• Collaborates with Supply Chain and vendors for material coordination.
• Identifies and generates new business.
• Establishes and maintains customer relationships.
• Presents order status and manufacturing metrics to stakeholders.
• Leads and coaches managerial talent and develops staff.
