Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi‑disciplined projects in an in‑office Boston setting. You will plan, budget, contract, and drive execution from design through closeout, coordinating across development, brokerage, leasing, and facilities teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military equivalent, 7+ years of related experience.
• Strong construction experience including ground up/large developments.
• Proficient with MS Office; Kahua Software preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes, permitting, and inspection processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Initiate needs assessment and develop project plans.
• Develop, budgets, and schedules; present for approval.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute project plans.
• Provide timely project documentation and reporting.
• Manage budgets, changes, and contracts; coordinate with teams.
• Mentor Project Coordinators and Managers; build client relations.
• Work after hours/on-site as required to meet client needs.
