Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in commercial real estate
• Proven track record managing multiple large-scale projects from inception to completion
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders
• Vendor management and negotiation experience
• Self-starter who can drive projects with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Asana, Trello)

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee execution of all project phases to adhere to schedules and financial constraints.
• Track project costs against the program budget and report variances.
• Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.
• Ensure vendor deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, risks, and changes.
• Lead and motivate project teams, delegating tasks and responsibilities.
• Monitor team performance and guide to achieve project milestones.
• Run cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and progress on goals.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication among team members.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; address issues promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Maintain accurate up-to-date project documentation.
