Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Los Angeles to lead multi‑discipline projects, overseeing planning, budgeting, and scheduling while coordinating with development, brokerage, leasing, and architecture teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with executives and investment teams, managing reports, and ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of construction and real estate processes are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of related experience
• Real Estate Broker license and CCIM, PMP, LEED, WELL accreditations preferred
• MS Office proficiency including PowerPoint; Procore experience preferred
• Knowledge of local building codes, permitting, and inspection processes

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop project needs assessment and project plans
• Create, develop, and maintain design and construction team
• Develop and present implementation project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute project plans
• Provide project management documentation and reporting
• Manage preliminary budgets and schedules for executive use
• Implement the project according to schedule
• Maintain schedule and budget updates for clients and executives
• Build relationships with vendors, clients, and management teams
• Maintain knowledge of metrics in development and property management agreements
• Collaborate with multiple teams for project execution
• Contribute to process improvements and team performance
• Coach and develop project coordinators and managers
• Participate in development programs and mentoring
• Network within the community for the company
• Perform other duties as assigned
