Job summary

Hedrick Brothers Construction is seeking a Superintendent III to lead complex, occupied and phased projects across Florida. You will mentor junior field leaders, oversee scheduling, procurement, and coordination with trades to meet schedule and budget goals.

You will champion safety, manage quality control, and maintain strong client relationships while guiding teams through start-up, execution, and closeout processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of commercial construction experience with complex, phased, occupied projects.
• Strong ability to lead, mentor, and develop field teams.
• Experience managing safety, quality, and schedule on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and per project documents.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with the Project Manager; produce look-ahead schedules.
• Lead quality control, coordinate inspections, and manage project documentation (RFIs, submittals, permits, as-builts).
• Champion safety, conduct weekly meetings, and ensure OSHA compliance across sites.
