Qualifications

• One year of full-time satisfactory experience in supervising employees performing project management work on engineering and/or architectural projects; or supervising a construction project of $1,000,000 or more.
• Six years of experience in complex design and construction project management, scheduling, and cost management.
• Experience leading multiple multi-trade projects and coordinating design/construction staff.
• Ability to manage contractors, review change orders, and ensure safety and on-time completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex capital commitment projects from inception to close-out.
• Develop deliverable dates and schedules to ensure timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
• Supervise and direct project design, construction management, and staff; resolve issues and negotiate with contractors and vendors.
• Generate reports, attend meetings, and oversee performance of Project Managers and Junior Project Managers.
