Qualifications

• At least six years of full-time construction management experience on capital projects with per-project value at least $15,000.
• At least 18 months in a managerial or consultative capacity.
• Education/experience totaling up to ten years as described in the ad.
• License substitution allowed: NYS PE/RA or reciprocal license may substitute for some education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex capital construction projects from inception to close-out.
• Oversee Planning, Execution, and Project Completion; manage CM staff, budgets, and schedules.
• Develop cost estimates and deliverable dates; supervise design, construction management, and staff.
• Review change orders, ensure safety, generate reports, and attend meetings.
• Coordinate with Sponsor Agencies to align project scope and vision; monitor contractor performance.
