Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years managing NYC public-sector projects over $50M.
• Demonstrated expertise in subcontractor procurement and management, schedule, budget, and client management.
• Strong knowledge of contract documents, NYC agency procurement procedures, prevailing wage, and certified payroll requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for public-sector construction projects valued at $300M+.
• Serve as a main point of contact for clients, consultants, and public agencies.
• Ensure compliance with MWBE participation goals and prevailing wage laws.
