Infinite Consulting Corp in New York, NY is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead capital construction programs for the NYC Department of Design and Construction (DDC). You will oversee complex projects from planning through closeout and act as the primary liaison between client agencies, consultants, contractors, utilities, and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities include managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring NYC procedures and procurement standards are met,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as RA, CCM, or PE are required.
• DBIA or PMP are preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Minimum 3 years managing NYC DDC or owner/consultant on DDC projects.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• Experience managing NYC public works from construction through closeout.
• Strong communication and leadership across agencies, consultants, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple capital construction projects from initiation to closeout.
• Ensure projects follow NYC procedures, procurement, and agency standards.
• Serve as primary liaison between client agencies, consultants, contractors, utilities, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop Construction Management staff.
• Manage staffing, budgets, expenditures, profitability, and resource planning.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and leadership.
