Qualifications

• Licensure or reciprocity for NYS professional engineer or NY/reciprocal architect preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Construction Management staff and project budgets/schedules to ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with Sponsor Agencies from inception to close-out and ensure project scope and vision are understood.
• Prepare cost estimates and determine bid prices; develop deliverable dates and schedules to meet timelines.
• Supervise design, CM staff, and contractors; review change orders and project estimates; ensure safety compliance and on-schedule completion.
• Attend meetings and generate reports; oversee performance of contractors and project managers.
