Job summary

Spectrum Woodworking & Interiors is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex commercial millwork and interior projects from handoff through closeout. PMs drive scope, budget, schedule, coordination, quality, and customer relationships.

We're looking for someone who communicates clearly, stays ahead of problems, and takes ownership of outcomes. We welcome experienced PMs, Senior Project Engineers, Assistant PMs, or Junior PMs with a solid construction foundation ready for greater ownership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction, architectural millwork, or related fields.
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and contract documents.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from internal handoff through closeout.
• Own scope, budget, schedule, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Field Operations.
• Serve as primary contact for general contractors, architects, owners, and other stakeholders.
• Identify scope gaps, risks, and constructability issues early.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project communications.
• Keep internal teams aligned on requirements and commitments.
• Build strong customer relationships while protecting Spectrum's interests.
• Follow PM systems and use sound judgment to move projects forward.
