Job summary

Concepts in Millwork is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Project Management Team, ensuring customer commitments are met while managing risk and profitability. You will provide leadership and oversight to PMs and support staff, collaborating with the Director of Project Delivery to drive improvements.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in millwork project management, strong Excel skills, and prior leadership experience, with a customer‑facing mindset and a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years millwork Project Management experience including field measurements and reviewing shop drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Prior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage total project workload of $6M+ and complex projects of $3M+ as needed.
• Coordinate with Director of Project Delivery and assign PMs to new projects.
• Collaborate with subcontractor vendors to balance workload and maintain relationships.
• Lead, train and develop staff; conduct performance evaluations and ensure safe, compliant work.
• Maintain communication with Accounting on monthly billing trends and project metrics.
