Spectrum Woodworking & Interiors is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex commercial millwork and interior projects from handoff through closeout. Our PMs are responsible for driving their projects forward — managing scope, budget, schedule, coordination, quality, and the customer relationship.
We're looking for someone who understands commercial construction, communicates clearly, stays ahead of problems, and follows through. Someone who takes responsibility for the outcome, not just the tasks along the way.
We're open to experienced Project Managers as well as Senior Project Engineers, Assistant PMs, or Junior PMs who have a strong construction foundation and are ready for greater project ownership.
Relevant experience may include architectural millwork, casework, commercial interiors, specialty subcontracting, or other complex commercial construction.
Architectural millwork or casework experience is highly preferred, but we will consider strong candidates from similarly complex commercial construction backgrounds.
Spectrum Woodworking & Interiors is an established commercial architectural woodworking and interiors company serving the Pacific Northwest.

We value people who take ownership, communicate directly, follow through on commitments, solve problems, work well across teams, and take pride in delivering great work.
If you have a strong construction background and want the opportunity to take meaningful ownership of challenging projects, we'd like to hear from you.
