Rycon Construction, an ESOP employee-owned firm, is seeking an experienced Service - Project Manager for our Ft Lauderdale office to lead commercial construction projects from conception to completion.

You will manage multiple projects, review contracts, develop schedules with MS Project, and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers while monitoring budgets, change orders, and RFIs. Procore expertise and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years of Project Management experience on commercial construction projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Project/Office.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Review contracts and project documents to ensure clarity and execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Prepare and manage subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Track invoices, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and budgets.
• Support preconstruction and estimating efforts, including material take-offs.
• Oversee field payroll and labor productivity metrics.
• Coordinate with in-house crews and subcontractors to maintain progress.
