Job summary

Rycon Construction in Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Special Projects Group. You will manage subcontracting, schedules, budgets, and owner relations to deliver small- to mid-size commercial projects up to $5M, from concept to closeout.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of construction PM experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Project and MS Office. Travel to out-of-town sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in small-to-medium commercial construction up to $5M.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must direct complex projects from concept to closeout.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to create material take-offs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Highly organized, motivated, and detail-focused problem solver.
• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Ability to travel to out-of-town project sites.

What you will do:

• Computer Skills Required –Microsoft ProjectandMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to create materialtake-off’s.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Should be highly organized, highlymotivatedand adetail directedproblem solver.
• College degreepreferred, butnotrequired.
• Ability to periodically travel toout of townproject jobsites.
