Rycon Construction in Ft. Lauderdale seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple retail and grocery construction projects.

You will ensure delivery on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards, coordinating subcontractors and stakeholders from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management for commercial builds, strong knowledge of contracts, budgeting, and scheduling, and proficiency with MS Project and Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience on commercial construction projects.
• Retail and grocery construction experience (ground-up, expansion, renovation, occupied spaces).
• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to manage contracts, budgets, and scheduling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and contract docs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple retail and grocery construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-schedule delivery within budget and to quality standards.
• Review contracts, documents, and plans for compliance and execution clarity.
• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using MS Project.
• Prepare, negotiate, and award subcontractor agreements.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders through all phases.
