Job summary

CHAPMAN TECHNICAL GROUP in Indianapolis seeks a Client Services Manager/Senior Project Manager to lead budgets, contracts, schedules, and client relationships for public sector projects. You will oversee staff engineers and CAD, coordinating designs for water and wastewater facilities across Indiana.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of relevant experience, a BSCE, and Indiana PE licensure or ability to obtain within six months, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or higher.
• Indiana PE registration or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in water and wastewater utility projects within a consulting environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Effective written and oral English communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to plan resources, schedules, and budgets, and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop project budgets, contracts, and schedules.
• Oversee technical work and direct staff engineers and CAD on project tasks.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with public sector clients across Indiana.
