Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually

We are hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale water/wastewater, municipal infrastructure, utility, and heavy civil construction projects.
This position is ideal for someone with experience managing construction teams, project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and self-performed construction activities.
Candidates with municipal water/wastewater construction experience are especially encouraged to apply. However, we will also consider experienced construction professionals from other heavy civil and industrial backgrounds.
Manage large construction projects or multiple smaller projects simultaneously.
Oversee water/wastewater treatment plant, municipal utility, and industrial construction projects.
Manage projects from initial planning through construction and completion.
Lead Project Engineers, Superintendents, Foremen, and other project personnel.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and resources.
Monitor construction progress to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
Manage project financial performance, including profitability and cost controls.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, government agencies, and project stakeholders.
Work closely with field teams on underground utilities, piping, concrete, excavation, and other construction activities.
Review construction plans, specifications, schedules, and project documentation.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and project owners.
Lead project meetings and communicate progress to leadership.
Identify and resolve construction challenges.
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and project requirements.
Mentor Project Engineers and support the development of other construction professionals.
Approximately 5–10+ years of construction or construction project management experience.
Experience managing construction projects, budgets, schedules, and field personnel.
Strong understanding of construction operations and project execution.
Experience with water/wastewater, municipal infrastructure, utility construction, heavy civil, or related industrial construction.
Ability to manage construction teams and coordinate multiple project activities.
Experience reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel to project locations throughout Indiana.
