TSW Utility Solutions, LLC, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects in Central Indiana. You will plan, schedule, and control project scopes, budgets, and resources while coordinating with operations and subcontractors.

The role requires a strong background in P&L management, cost accounting, and contract administration, with proficiency in JD Edwards, Excel, and Primavera/P6.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction Management, with a focus on water/wastewater.
• Experience managing underground municipal infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing project/portfolio P&L and Balance Sheet calculations.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; JD Edwards knowledge; Primavera Contract Manager and P6 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules and budgets to meet estimates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Prepare construction estimates and ensure accurate site surveys for estimating.
• Secure project submittals and key documents per specs/clients.
• Administer project meetings with operations and subcontractors to adjust schedules.
• Review and process contracts with customers and subcontractors.
• Contract administration of owner and subcontractor contracts.
• Conduct field investigations to assess quality, crew performance, and safety adherence.
• Update project management system daily with actual costs and commitments.
• Responsible for project profit/loss and timely billings/collections.
• Prepare performance metric reports analyzing labor hours vs forecast and subcontractor values.
• Lead month-end reviews including revenue recognition, costs, and expenses.
• Manage direct reports; collaborate with operations and business development.
