You will manage scope, schedule, and budgets while coordinating a diverse team of engineers dedicated to energy-efficient building systems. You will build strong relationships with clients, guide concept development, and deliver high-quality outcomes that meet program needs in healthcare, science, and education facilities.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Electrical or Architectural Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Professional engineering registration.
• 10+ years in consulting designing building systems or leading design projects across MEP.

Responsibilities

• Lead major projects and develop client relationships to meet needs and budget.
• Guide concept development of building systems and lead engineers from conception to occupancy.
• Provide high-level client service and establish long-term partnerships.
