Qualifications

ABET-accredited BS in Mechanical, Electrical or Architectural Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) registration.
10+ years in a consulting environment designing building systems or leading design projects across MEP disciplines.
Experience managing large and complex projects for healthcare, laboratory, infrastructure, higher education, industrial, or R&D facilities.
Demonstrated leadership on projects and with staff.
Long history of very satisfied clients.

Responsibilities

Lead major projects and develop client relationships.
Deliver projects according to client needs and budget.
Lead concept development of building systems and guide a team of engineers from conception to occupancy.
Participate in project interviews and provide high-level client service.
Establish long-term partnerships and stay abreast of market trends.
Resolve all technical and service issues.
