Affiliated Engineers, Inc. (AEI) is seeking a Commissioning Project Manager in our Washington, DC office. You will drive energy-efficient building solutions, lead cross-discipline teams, and manage projects from concept through occupancy in a collaborative, high-impact environment.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in consulting, healthcare/tech sectors experience, ABET-accredited degree, and willingness to travel for project opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting environment designing building systems or leading design projects.
• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering team through planning, design and construction.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Professional registration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead rewarding projects with a hands-on approach and develop client relationships.
• Deliver projects according to client needs and budget; manage scope.
• Lead concept development of building systems and guide a team of engineers from conception through occupancy.
• Participate in project interviews and establish long-term client partnerships.
