Job summary

Convergint in the United States is seeking a full-time Project Manager to drive complex security and building automation projects in a customer-focused environment. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maximizing client satisfaction and safety across assignments in our Texas market.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, translate client requirements into detailed plans, manage procurement, and maintain rigorous project documentation to support successful outcomes and positive cash

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of project management experience in a technical environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to lead and mentor team members; client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee, and coordinate projects from award through completion.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and project plans.
• Communicate requirements to the project team and maintain records.
• Act as the customer’s best service provider to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, services, and controls for timely completion.
• Establish project milestones and analyze costs.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and some managerial duties.
