Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our culture-driven team. You will lead projects across field installation, start-up, and execution while ensuring budget adherence, schedule discipline, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Expert project management experience in a technical environment.
• Advanced coaching, mentoring, and staff development skills.
• Excellent MS Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, plus troubleshooting ability.
• Basic knowledge of IT networking principals.
• Advanced financial analytical skills including cost control.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize and direct projects from initiation through close.
• Manage cost and time budgets to ensure positive cash flow.
• Interface with customers to maximize satisfaction, safety and quality on all projects.
• Supervise and coordinate with direct reports on high-volume or critical accounts.
• Perform other duties as required.
