Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead and execute complex building automation, security and AV projects. You will manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and on-site installation, start-up, and closeout to ensure on-time delivery within budget and with high customer satisfaction.

You will interface with clients, lead cross-functional teams, and monitor risk, cost and timelines while upholding Convergint's values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of project management experience in a technical environment (building automation, fire alarm, security, AV).
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to mentor and guide teams.
• PMI certification and/or related licenses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects (often up to $1M) from award through completion.
• Prepare installation plans, schedules, and cost estimates; coordinate procurement and subcontractors.
• Ensure scope, cost, schedule, and quality meet customer expectations and contracts.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and maintain accurate records.
