Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Project Manager to drive successful project execution within budget and schedule while maximizing customer satisfaction, safety, and quality. This role is customer-facing and integral to Convergint’s growth and culture.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure accurate reporting and records throughout the project lifecycle. A strong emphasis is placed on leadership, communication, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing technical projects or systems integration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee, and coordinate project activities from award through completion.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and implementation plans.
• Communicate requirements clearly to project team and track progress and records.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers to ensure satisfaction and quality.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, supplies, and services for timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Set project milestones, analyze costs, and manage budget within scope.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and performance as needed.
