Qualifications

• PM experience in a technical environment (building automation, fire life safety, or security).
• Proactive initiative and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve problems and drive results.
• Ability to facilitate collaboration with customers and internal teams.
• Extreme adaptability and effective communication and presentation skills.
• Coaching and leadership oriented; develops others.
• Solid financial analytical skills including cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee, and coordinate activities for small to medium projects from award to completion.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and implementation plans.
• Communicate project requirements clearly to the team and maintain records of status, changes, and material flow.
• Act as the customer’s advocate to ensure top-tier service and satisfaction.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, services, and controls for timely completion within budget.
• Establish milestones and monitor project costs and performance.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and basic management as needed.
