Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in architecture.
• Experience in multifamily projects with leadership.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver innovative design projects to diverse clients across all phases.
• Lead internal and external teams and manage project budgets and workplans.
• Oversee development of contract documents and act as primary client contact.
• Mentor junior project members and coordinate with studio leadership.
• Write and review proposals; coordinate consultants and contracts.
• Coordinate with accounting on receivables, payables, and invoicing.
• Issue add services and obtain approvals for new scope.
• Represent Ware Malcomb in public design review meetings when required.
