Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Architecture.
• Diverse commercial experience including Industrial, office, and/or retail projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate phases of the project from conceptual to construction documents.
• Prepare the project schedule and discuss project health with the operations leader.
• Lead internal and external teams and manage project budgets and workplans.
• As the primary client contact, ensure exceptional client service and project success.
• Coordinate with consultants and the contracts team for successful execution.
