Job summary

Tailored Management is seeking a seasoned Project Manager II to join a leading global healthcare organization supporting multiple laboratories within a diagnostic and pharmaceutical services network. The role will drive high-impact initiatives to streamline workflows, improve processes, and implement innovative business tools, including AI.

You will develop dashboards for capacity planning and operational reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 2-5 years of project management experience in diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or related industries.
• Experience leading process improvement projects.
• Strong skills in project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and critical path analysis.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Google Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery of complex business initiatives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive process improvements and workflow simplification across multiple laboratories.
• Support implementation of new business tools, including AI solutions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data for laboratory capacity planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, meetings, action items, and project communications.
• Conduct lessons-learned sessions and promote continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges.
