Job summary

Clinisys is seeking a Senior Product Manager, AI Laboratory Analytics to define and lead the strategy for AI-enabled analytics in modern laboratories. This role focuses on moving from static reporting to predictive, actionable insights that drive operational performance and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines product leadership, customer empathy, and an AI-first mindset, with experience in healthcare IT or laboratory informatics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in product management with ownership of strategy and roadmap.
• Experience with analytics, AI/ML, decision support, or data-driven software solutions.
• Experience in healthcare IT, laboratory informatics, diagnostics, life sciences, or similar workflows.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, design, data science, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, drive, and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered laboratory analytics.
• Identify market opportunities delivering value across operational performance, workflow optimization, quality, and outcomes.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to uncover pain points and evolving market needs.
• Translate insights into clear direction, use cases, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Champion AI-first product approaches including predictive analytics, recommendations, and workflow decision support.
• Partner with engineering, data science, architecture, UX, and domain teams to deliver scalable analytics.
• Lead product discovery activities: interviews, concept testing, pilots, and business cases.
• Align priorities with company strategy, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Support GTM readiness with sales, marketing, and services on positioning and adoption.
• Define and monitor success metrics like adoption, usage, retention, and value realization.
• Act as a strategic voice for analytics and AI in the laboratory domain.
