Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 2-5 years of project management experience in diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or related industries.
• Experience leading process improvement projects.
• Strong skills in project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and critical path analysis.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Google Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results quickly.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

This role will drive high-impact initiatives focused on streamlining workflows, improving processes, implementing innovative business tools, and leveraging emerging technologies such as AI. The Project Manager II will also support capacity planning and operational reporting by analyzing laboratory data and developing dashboards that enable informed business decisions. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter and strategic problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works independently, navigates ambiguity with confidence, and consistently drives projects to successful completion.
