Job summary

Marlabs Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives, bridging business and technical teams and translating objectives into actionable roadmaps.

The ideal candidate combines program management expertise with hands-on AI, cloud, and DevOps knowledge to deliver complex cross-functional programs. You will drive Agile delivery, collaborate with AI, Cloud, and engineering teams, and monitor program health to ensure impact aligns with long-term strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Technical project Management or related roles.
• Experience leading AI-driven initiatives, including Generative AI, machine learning, automation, analytics, or intelligent business solutions.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, release management, Agile delivery, software development lifecycles, and engineering collaboration.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including cloud modernization, infrastructure, application delivery, or cloud-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions, align cross-functional teams, and proactively identify opportunities for additional business value.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and portfolio delivery tools, including Jira, Jira Align, Azure DevOps, or similar program management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology programs and strategic initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and product teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination while proactively identifying opportunities to drive additional business value beyond defined project scope.
• Drive Agile delivery practices across cross-functional teams, facilitating planning sessions, prioritization discussions, status reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with AI, Cloud, DevOps, and engineering teams to support the delivery of modern technology solutions that enhance business capabilities and operational effectiveness.
• Monitor program health, delivery metrics, and organizational impacts while identifying emerging technologies, process improvements, and innovation opportunities that support future business strategy.
