Job summary

Tempus AI, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Diagnostics Operations unit in a hybrid Chicago or New York setting. You will drive cross‑functional initiatives, own dashboards and reporting, and optimize workflows across the diagnostics organization.

The role requires SQL/data visualization proficiency, Salesforce familiarity, and strong communication skills to translate operational detail into leadership narratives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related analytical field.
• 2–4 years of operations, project management, healthcare/diagnostics, or data analytics experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with leadership storytelling ability.
• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools; CRM experience valuable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross‑functional teams to execute diagnostics workflows and initiatives.
• Own operational reporting and dashboards to provide leadership a single source of truth.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across systems and processes.
• Support operational communications and coordinate with BI, Product, and Ops teams.
