Quest Diagnostics Inc. seeks a Senior Program Manager to oversee innovation projects across the IA3 vertical, guiding ideation through deployment and delivering data-driven analytics products.

You will align strategic roadmaps, manage a portfolio of interdependent programs, and partner with AI/ML teams to translate business needs into tangible outcomes. Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex programs in technology or data environments.
• Expertise in waterfall and agile methodologies, including SAFe/Scrum.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience partnering with clinical, technical, compliance and commercial teams.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with defined timelines.
• Highly organized in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
• Experience with AI/ML development and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Align IA3 portfolio with 12–18 month plans and enterprise priorities.
• Develop and maintain IA3 roadmaps and dependency maps.
• Translate vision into executable multi-team programs and surface trade-offs.
• Drive cross-vertical technology alignment and execution.
• Champion Stage Gate and Stage Gate Lite frameworks for end-to-end execution.
• Interface with partners to manage requests for dashboards, data science, and architecture.
• Identify dependencies and risks, and resolve blockers to maintain momentum.
• Allocate analytics capacity to high-value initiatives while protecting platform work.
