Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related analytical field.
• 2-4 years of experience in operations, project management, healthcare/diagnostics, or data and analytics.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate operational detail for leadership.
• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (Looker preferred; Tableau acceptable).
• Proficiency with CRM and operating systems (Salesforce/SFDC) and MS Office / Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional diagnostics teams to execute operational initiatives and improvements.
• Serve as SME for operating systems and tools supporting diagnostics operations.
• Own ad hoc process improvements and new initiatives for scalable operations.
• Implement and maintain tracking systems for initiatives and project status.
• Build dashboards and reports; collaborate with BI to define KPIs and ensure data accuracy.
• Perform hands-on data tasks to support reporting and decisions.
• Support operational communications across the diagnostics network.
