Code and Theory is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive delivery for diverse client engagements. You will run projects independently or with Program Directors, balancing creative and technical ambitions with business objectives while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and staffing, and maintain strong client relationships, with AI elements integrated into workflows to optimize delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through launch, ensuring delivery against timelines, scope, budget, and quality expectations
• Own day-to-day project management activities, keeping cross-functional teams aligned and workstreams moving forward
• Serve as a trusted client partner, leading regular communication and building strong relationships throughout engagements
• Balance creative and technical ambition with business objectives to deliver high-quality solutions
• Drive delivery against contracted scope while maintaining financial health and supporting project profitability
• Proactively identify risks, solve problems, and elevate issues when needed to keep projects on track
• Communicate project plans, status, dependencies, and key decisions to clients, internal teams, and senior leadership
• Partner with discipline leads to estimate resources, manage staffing plans, and align teams to project needs
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and positivity across cross-functional teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement by challenging processes, driving operational excellence, and helping teams deliver their best work
